Erhielt seine erste Ausbildung vermutlich von Palma Vecchio. Maler am Ãœbergang der italienischen Hochrenaissance-Malerei zum Manierismus.

Im reich beschnitzten Akanthusblattrahmen.

Im Zentrum der Darstellung Maria vor einem grünen Velum sitzend, auf ihren Knien das Jesusknäblein mit erhobener, segnender, rechter Hand stehend. Links zu Füßen der Maria der Johannesknabe mit Kreuzstab und Rotulus, rechts der Heilige Josef. Tonige Farbgebung unter Betonung des Tizianrot im Kleid der Madonna. Vertikaler Trocknungsriss in der Platte, rest.bed. Holztafel parkettiert, verso rotes Lacksiegel.
