Tief gemuldete Schale auf kleinem Fuß mit leicht gewölbter Lippe. Die Bemalung in Istoriato-Dekor mit eleganter und feiner Rahmung mit zwei umlaufenden Bändern. Dargestellt ist eine Schlachtenszene. Von rechts stürmen Reiter heran und bekämpfen die Fußsoldaten. Im Vordergrund liegen zwei Leichen auf ihren Schildern am Boden. Die Kampfszene ist von berittenen Soldaten umstellt, die dem Geschehen ihren Rücken zuwenden. Die Bemalung in Blau, Gelb, Orange, Grün und Braun. Außen üppige Gestaltung mit Blattranken, Bandelwerk und Frauenköpfen. Bruchrest.

Castelli, 17th century.

Deep bowl on a small foot with slightly everted lip. Istoriato painting with delicate frames and two encircling bands. At the centre, a battle scene with equestrians galloping from the right to attack foot soldiers. In the foreground two corpses lie on their shields on the ground. Soldiers mounted on horseback surround the scene with their backs turned to onlookers. Painted in blue, yellow, orange, green and brown. The bowl's exterior surface is opulently ornamented with vines, strapwork and female heads. Cracked and restored.
