Im Zentrum der Darstellung die Säulen des Jupitertempels, links Septimius-Severus-Bogen, rechts Tempelfront mit Rundsäulen. Im Hintergrund die weiteren sich nach Süden erstreckenden Gebäude des Forums mit links höher stehendem, frühchristlichem Kirchengebäude. Mikromosaik auf schwarzem, belgischem Schiefer, in vergoldetem Empire-Rahmen.
