Wachs. Farbige, aus Wachs modellierte Hochreliefs vor gemaltem Grund, auf einer dünnen Schieferplatte, mit kleinen Perlen und anderen Materialien. Halbfigur eines Feldherrn in verziertem Harnisch und Mantel, unten das Schriftband "B. M. P. Gio Tomaso Blank 1594". Als Gegenstück, seine Gattin im dunklen, verschnürten Kleid mit Halskrause und rot gemustertem Mantel, darunter Adler und Wappen. Im Hintergrund jeweils ein Vorhang mit Landschaftsausblick. Vergoldete, geschnitzte Barock-Kastenrahmen, verglast.

Sammlung August Wolff, Heidelberg (rückseitig originales Klebeetikett). Publiziert im Auktionskatalog der Sammlung August Wolff, H. Helbing, München, Nov. 1931, Nr. 426, abgebildet auf Tafel XIII).
