Auf kurzem, abgesetztem Fuß steht die tief gewölbte Schale. In tiefer Landschaft mit Gewässer, Gebäuden, Felsen und Bäumen sitzen sechs Personen an einem Tisch, die dort speisen, trinken und erzählen. Der Tisch wird getragen von drei Satyr-Beinen. Von links nähern sich zwei junge Satyre mit einem großen Füllhorn. Wenige Randbestoßungen. Kleiner, feiner Sprung.

Sotheby's, 1995. Die Sammlung des Markgrafen und Großherzöge von Baden, Baden-Baden 5. - 21. Oktober 1995, Katalog-Band 3, Nr. 751 mit Abbildung und Abbildung der Unterseite der Tazza.
Großherzogliches Residenzschloss, Karlsruhe (Koelitz Inv. Nr. 696).
Neues Schloss Baden-Baden (Richter Inv. Nr. 2800).

A Maiolica Istoriato Tazza from the Manufacture Pesaro
Diameter: 27.5 cm.
Denoted on the bottom "La bella ciena de li dei" and signed "S".
16th century, circa 1545.
On a short detached foot stands the deeply curved bowl. In a deep landscape with waters, buildings, cliffs and trees are six people sitting at a table, who are dining, drinking, and talking. The table is held up by three satyr legs. Two young satyrs with a large cornucopia are approaching from the left. Condition: few bumps to the edge. Small, fine crack.

Provenance:
Sotheby's 1995. The collection of the margraves and dukes of Baden, Baden-Baden October 5-21, 1995, catalog volume 3, no. 751 with a picture of the tazza and a picture of the bottom of the tazza. Grand Ducal Castle, Karlsruhe (Koelitz inv. no. 696). New Castle Baden-Baden (Richter inv. no. 2800).
