Feiner, weißer Leinendamast mit mittig eingewebtem Wappenschild mit Decke, Helm und Helmzier der Grafen von Walderdorff in einem Kreis aus acht Lorbeerblattbögen, umlaufend ein Blockstreifen.

Walderdorff, altes, reichsfreies Rittergeschlecht, stammt vom Westerwald im Nassauischen, wurde vom Kaiser Leopold I in den Freiherren u. 1767 in den Reichsgrafenstand erhoben; die Walderdorffs sind im Rheinland u. in Bayern begütert und folgen der katholischen Konfession.
