Feinfädiger, handgewebter weißer Leinendamast mit einem umlaufenden Blüten- und Rankenmuster in streng klassizistischem Stil und kleinen, gleichmäßg gesetzten Blättern im Mittelfeld. In sehr gutem Zustand.

Anmerkung:
Die Handtücher wurden von der Fa. A. W. Kisker in Bielefeld auf dem allein für die preußische Hofhaltung von ausgesuchten Altmeistern auf einem vorbehaltenen Handwebstuhl hergestellt. Die Firma nahm ihre Lieferungen an den Hof 1841 auf und war von 1843 - 1918 Hoflieferant und alleiniger Hersteller für das Tischzeug der Preußischen Hofhaltung. (8704511)
