Titel und Überschrift in Gold. 24-zeiliger Text, mit Stifterangabe in der rechten unteren Ecke "Ex Dono D.D. Salmon Carmorami Canonici... Ragusa". Die Textrahmung polychrom mit Goldauflage zeigt Ranken, Blätter und Weintrauben. Im oberen Teil große, mehrfach geschweifte Kartusche mit Miniaturmalerei, in der der Heilige Johannes Evangelist auf Patmos dargestellt wird, auf einem Felsensockel sitzend. Über den Knien das Evangelienbuch, in der rechten Hand die Schreibfeder. Rechts das Attribut der Adler, im Hintergrund eine Hütte hinter einem Felsen. Aus den Wolken tritt der Strahl Gottes hervor. Auf Pergament. Im rechten Drittel sowie im unteren Teil wasserfleckig mit einigen Farbverlusten in der Umrandungsmalerei. (87062140)
