Vor dunklem Grund in warmer Farbpalette sind am Boden verschiedene Früchte wie Äpfel, Birnen, dunkle Trauben, ein geöffneter Granatapfel sowie Feigen wiedergegeben, darüber von einem Felspodest herabhängende hellere Trauben. Zwischen den Früchten und Arrangier-Ebenen schattige Vertiefungen, die Früchte in wirkungsvollem Sfumato vorgestellt, die warme Hell/ Dunkel-Farbigkeit ist typisches Merkmal der neapolitanischen Schule des 17. Jahrhunderts.
Gutachten:
Durch Gutachten von Nicolas Spinosa vom 5. Mai 2012 zugeschrieben.
Im beiliegenden Gutachten wird das Werk in die Zeit zwischen 1660 und 1670 eingeordnet, mit stilistischen Gegenüberstellungen zu Werken von Abraham Brueghel oder Andrea Belvedere. Im Vergleich werden Werke von Giuseppe Recco angeführt. (870353)
