In hellbraunem Ton handmodelliert, die jugendlich wiedergegebene Madonna in nahezu stehender Haltung auf einer Wolkenbank. Der rechte Fuß auf der hochziehenden Wolke etwas höhergestellt, das Manteltuch zieht vom Kopf in bauchigem Schwung nach rechts und umfasst den Oberkörper der Madonna, die leicht nach rechts herabblickt und mit beiden Händen das nackte Kind auf dem Knie hält. Auch das Jesuskind blickt nach unten, was einen erhöhten Standpunkt der Figurengruppe erfordert. Fein modellierte Ausarbeitung, mit schöner Alterspatina. (8607516)
