Rundlaufende, glatte Fahne mit kehlig vertieftem Spiegel, im Zentrum polychrom und goldgemaltes Wappen der Familie August Friedrich von Seydewitz (1695 - 1757). Das Wappen umgeben von Streublumen und Insekten. August von Seydewitz war zunächst kursächsischer Hof- und Justizrat, wurde 1735 zum Reichshofrat berufen, 1731 in den Freiherrnstand und 1743 in den Grafenstand erhoben. Die Wappendarstellung ergibt eine Datierung um 1745.
