In beiden Gemälden leuchten die einzelnen Figuren vor bräunlichem Hintergrund auf, im Detail ist äußerst feine Pinseltechnik zu beobachten, Komposition und Linienführung von großer Meisterschaft. Bei dem partiell bräunlichen Hintergrund ist zu vermuten, dass das Gemälde noch nicht gänzlich fertiggestellt wurde - die Bildwirkung insgesamt zeigt dennoch hohe Meisterschaft. (8507812)
