1847 Wien - 1930
Der Maler war Schüler der Wiener Akademie, spezialisierte sich auf Militärstücke und Genreszenen aus dem Volksleben, nahm an mehreren Jahresausstellungen in Wien teil, schuf 1885 einige große Schlachtenpanoramen in den USA. Gemälde des Künstlers im Besitz von Erzherzog Karl Ludwig und Kaiser Franz Joseph I.
