Der Heilige im Dreiviertelportrait nach rechts sitzend, mit Nimbusscheibe auf den Knien, das geöffnete Evangelienbuch mit kyrillischer Schrift. In der linken Bildecke der ihm zuflüsternde Engel. Links unten im Bildrahmen einfügte Darstellung der Heiligen Akylina.
