In die Holzplatte eingefügtes Zierkreuz in Messing mit Schmelzemail in Blau und Weiß, mit Reliefdarstellung des Gekreuzigten, flankiert von den Trauernden Maria Magdalena, Johannes Evangelist und Longinus, sowie Sonne und Mond. Am Fuß des Kreuzes der Schädel Adams. Mit kirchenslavischer Inschrift "Nicht von Menschenhand gemaltes Bild des Herren". Auf dem Holzgrund im Oberteil zwei Serafine abgebildet, links der Heilige Mönch Johannes, rechts die Heilige Anastasia.
