An der Vorderseite Darstellung des Heiligen Johannes-Nepomuk mit Märtyrerpalme und Kreuz auf einer Wolkenbank, darunter schmale Kartusche mit Aufschrift "S. Johane". Das zentrale Motiv von einem stilisierten Blütenkranz umgeben. An der Rückseite stilisierter Baum in leicht relieferhöhter Braunglasur. Zinndeckel mit Kugelknauf und Palmblattfries sowie Monogramm.(8301729)
