Das Gehöft nahe eines Wasserlaufes, dazwischen junge Mutter mit zwei im Gras sitzenden Kindern vor aufgehängten Wäschestücken sowie Sonnenblumen hinter einem Gartenzaun. Die Malerei in der typischen Malweise des Künstlers mit stark hell/ dunkler Farbbetonung. Dem Gebäudetyp nach dürfte es sich auch hier um ein Motiv bei Dachau handeln.
