Kurvige, nach hinten ziehende, befestigte Landstraße oberhalb eines Flusslaufes mit zahlreichen Karren, Planwagen, Kutschen, Reitern und Fußvolk sowie mehreren Hirten mit Vieh an der Tränke. Links ansteigender Hügel mit jungem, hochragendem, dürrem Baum, dahinter ruinöses, altes Villengebäude, umgeben von Schafherde mit Hirten. Am linken Bildrand eine Wassermühle. Rechts weitet sich die Landschaft mit antiken Ruinen und einer Festung auf der Anhöhe. (8110815)
