Vgl. Fürst I, 389. Dritte und letzte des in allen Ausgaben seltenen, mit scharfer Kritik gegen die jüdische Religion und Traditionen gerichteten Werkes. Hess (1589 - 1602), selbst konvertierter Jude und Mediziner, hatte 1598 bereits eine „Judengeissel" („Flagellum Judaeorum") veröffentlicht. Der Judenspiegel erschien zuerst 1601. Papierbedingt etwas gebräunt oder fleckig. (810499)
