Zwei hochformatige monumentale Portraits: Queen Anne prachtvoll gekleidet vor rotem Vorhang stehend, neben ihr die Insignien ihrer Herrschaft: Krone und Reichsapfel. George I. ebenfalls vor rotem Vorhang mit Ausblick in eine Architektur-Landschaft, mit Reichsapfel und Lilien-Zepter. Queen Anne (6. Februar 1665 - 1. August 1714) bestieg den Thron von England, Schottland und Irland am 8. März 1702. Sie war die erste Königin des neu geschaffenen Großbritannien sowie Königin von Frankreich. Sie regierte bis zu ihrem Tode 1714. Ihr folgte ihr Cousin George I nach, der König von Großbritannien, Irland und Titularkönig von Frankreich war. Georg Ludwig wurde in Hannover geboren, als ältester Sohn von Ernst August und dessen Ehefrau Sophie von der Pfalz. (800665)
