Das beliebte Renaissance-Thema mehrfach von bedeutenden Bildhauern aufgegriffen. Hier wird der Kentauer mit den Hinterhufen auf einem Sockel montiert dargestellt, die Vorderhufe hochgestellt. Das geraubte, nackte Mädchen im Arm haltend, das sich wehrt und die rechte Hand nach oben streckt (hier Finger fehlend). Schöne, bewegte, figürliche Auffassung. Bronzeguss dunkel patiniert.
