Bronze, goldtauschiert und teilweise golden gefasst. Stehende Guanyin auf Lotussockel mit bewegtem, floral-ornamental dekoriertem Gewand. In der rechten Hand Vase, die linke Hand zum raigo-in-Mudra erhoben. Die Guanyin ist im ostasiatischen Mahayana-Buddhismus ein weiblicher Bodhisattva des Mitgefühls, wird aber im Volksglauben auch als Göttin verehrt. In Japan wird sie seit dem 6. Jahrhundert als Trost und Glück bringende Gestalt verehrt. (79136164)
