Giebelförmig. Mit Darstellung der beiden Marmorgiebel des Amsterdamer Rathauses. Jeweils im Zentrum allegorische Gestalt: Stadtgöttin von Amsterdam bzw. Schutzgöttin der Schifffahrt. Seitlich zahlreiche mythologische Figuren, Seepferde, Flussgötter etc. Am Unterrand jeweils in lateinischer Sprache beschriftet “Westfassade” und “Ostfassade” mit Nennung der Bildhauer, die die Giebel-Tympanoi geschaffen haben (“Artus Quellinus a marmoré exculpsit” mit Größenangabe in Fuß.), außerdem Herausgeberadresse “Hubertus Quellinus” sowie Nennung der Künstler und Auftraggeber. Die beiden Stiche mit Falzspuren. (7214716)
