Um 1430.
In reich gefalteter Toga gekleidete männliche Figur, die linke Hand an den Leib gelegt, mit der rechten das nach oben gerichtete Schwert vor die Brust haltend. Brustpanzer mit Profilornamentik und einer Schulterphalera. Kopf und Fußspitzen fehlen. Ausführung in Carrara-Marmor, an der Rückseite roh behandelt, gesockelt.

Die Figur war ausgestellt, im Katalog beschrieben und abgebildet in: Jacopo Della Quercia ospite a Ripatransone. Tracce di scultura toscana tra Emilia e Marche.
