Tempel- bzw. turmförmiges Gefäß mit kuppelförmigem Deckel; fünffach getreppte Rundbasis, darüber vier Rundsäulen, die einen Mauerturm tragen, bekrönt von Balustrade, die die Kuppel einfasst. Kuppelbekrönung in Form eines Kreuzes. Ausgeführt in ebonisiertem Obstholz, mit gedrehten Elfenbeinsäulchen, Balustraden und Architekturzier. Gefäßinneres poliert (möglicherweise für einen Glaseinsatz als Taufgefäß). Für die Verwendung als Taufgefäß spricht die Kuppelform sowie das bekrönende Kreuz und die in der Laterne eingebrachte, gedrehte Elfenbeinglocke. Somit deutet sich der Gegenstand als Miniaturbaptisterium. (7306120)
