Locker angelegte breitpinselige Malweise in der wirkungsvollen Stimmungsbeleuchtung, wie sie in der Schule und Nachfolge von Fantin-Latour bekannt ist, wobei die aufleuchtenden Blüten vor dem dunklen Hintergrund sich wirkungsvoll abheben.
