Allegorie der Mutterschaft in Form einer jungen, auf einem Baumstumpf sitzenden Mutter, die zwei Kinder im Schoß hält und eines davon stillt. Braun patinierter Bronzeguss. An der Rückseite auf dem Baumstumpf signiert. An der Plinthe rechts seitlich Gießeradresse "F. Barbedienne-Fondeur-Paris". Auf originalem roten Marmorsockel mit Bronzeeinfassung und Antreppung.
