Rand und Boden zeigen in der für frühe Famille-rose-Dekore typischen und noch recht zurückhaltenden Art Blütenzweige in der Kombination mit Mandelblüten, Päonien und Gräsern. Diese wachsen aus knorrigen Ästen und Felsen hervor.

Famille-rose Porzellane dieses Typus waren in China ungeachtet der Einstufung als "Yang-tsai" (fremde Farben) geschätzt; zunehmend wurden sie aber für den Export nach Europa gefertigt. (6812063)
