Rechteckiger Kasten in Eisenblech mit flachem Deckel. Darauf vertiefte Kassettierung. Mit zentraler Ädikula mit Dreiecksgiebel und Fronttür, die sich durch Geheimmechanismus öffnen lässt. An der Vorderseite zwei Schlempen mit Vorhangschlössern und zentral aufgesetzter Rosette. Im Deckel Regelwerk mit insgesamt zwölf Zuhaltungen. Am Boden Löcher zur Befestigung der Truhe. Bemalung in Schwarz und Rot. Die originale Rotmalerei altersbedingt leicht verrieben, mit alter Patina.
