Landschaft mit Brücke und darüber ziehender Viehherde. Im Vordergrund alttestamentliche Bibelszene: Tobias mit dem Fisch, vor dem Engel. Die biblische Szene ist geschickt in eine antike Ideallandschaft einkomponiert. Im Hintergrund griechische Tempelarchitektur mit Palast und Rundtempel vor Bergzügen in der Ferne. Am Bildrand jeweils vorragende Bäume. Rechts im Fluss ein Kahn mit zwei Personen beim Fischen, auf die Szene im Vordergrund bezogen.
Öl auf Malpapier auf Holzplatte aufgezogen.

Rechts unten signiert und datiert „1833“.
