Signierte Hamburger Tischglocke von 1560
Äußerst seltene Renaissance-Bronzeglocke nach Mechelner Vorbild, mit Reliefdekor mit Cäsarenköpfen und Fabelwesen; darüber das umlaufende Schriftband “LOF GOD VAN AL“, darunter auf den Gießer bezogene Inschrift und Datierung “CORDT POPPE ANNO 1560“. Gedrechselter dunkler Holzgriff. Cordt Poppe war Gelbgießer in Hamburg und goß 1549 einen Messinglüster für die St. Jacobi Kirche.
