Auf abgesetztem Fuß mit Blattdekor und Vergoldungen der Schaft mit ausladenden Akanthusblättern. Aufgesetzt die bauchige Vase mit seitlich applizierten Widderköpfen sowie Schleifen und Blattornamente. Der Fond mit rautenförmigem vergoldetem Muster sowie Rocaillen. Auf den beiden gegenüber liegenden Seiten große Rocaillen-Kartuschen mit Blüten und Blattwerk sowie aufgesetzter Krone. Die beiden Portraits: Kaiser Wilhelm I. und Kaiser Wilhelm II. Feinste Miniaturmalerei. Darunter in kleinerer Kartusche die Initialen auf blauem Fond. Randvergoldungen .
