Majolika-Platte
Dargestellt ist der bethlehemische Kindermord, Mt 2,16. Die Szenerie spielt sich auf einem Platz ab, zentral hinterfangen von einer monumentalen, dreibogigen Brücke im Mittelgrund sowie einigen Bäumen. An den Seiten sieht man die Häuser der Stadt Bethlehems. Im Hintergrund erstreckt sich eine bergige Landschaft. Auf dem glasierten Teller dominieren neben mittleren Grün- und Blaufarben vor allem die Gelb-, Orange- und Ockertöne. Die Konturen sind durch dunkle Umrisslinien betont.
