Schnitzfigur eines stehenden Paares, fungierte
als Bozzetto für eine Figur respektive großplastische Statue. Thematisiert wird die Geschichte vom goldenen Vlies. Jason, in römischer Feldherrentracht wendet sich vertraulich der in antiker Tracht gekleideten Medeia zu, die ihm half das goldene Vlies zu entwenden. Zu erkennen ist Jason an dem über der Schulter drappierten Widderfell sowie an dem zu seinen Füßen getötetem Drachen bzw. Vogel. Die Skulptur zeichnet sich durch eine zarte und detailliebende Schnitzarbeit aus.
