Die Bronzeskulptur zeigt Pan mit der
am Boden befindlichen Panflöte sowie den tanzenden Faun und die Nymphe Syrinx. Sie wendet den Kopf dem Pan zu, gleichzeitig versucht der Faun die Aufmerksamkeit auf sich zu ziehen, indem er ihre linke Hand umfasst.
Die Figuren sind plastisch fein herausgearbeitet und weisen eine alte, braun-olive Patina auf.
