Elfenbein-Kruzifix
In barockem Baldachin-Rahmen mit Krone. In Holz geschnitzte Rahmung in Form eines von Putten ausgebreiteten Velums. Die beiden Putten raffen die Vorhänge bei Seite. Im Mittelfeld Holzkreuz mit Elfenbein-Korpus. Kreuz auf Übersockel, darauf zwei betende Erzengel in kniender Haltung. Unterhalb des Sockels herzförmige Kartusche herabgeführt, gerahmt von Akanthusvoluten. Oberer Anschluss durch eine große geschnitzte Krone mit Perlstab-Kronreif. Der Corpus Christi in feiner Elfenbein-Schnitzerei. Vier-Nagel-Typus. Das Haupt zur Seite geneigt mit gesenkten Lidern. Das Lendentuch in markantem Schwung geknotet. Die Schnitzerei in Lindenholz, nussbraun gebeizt. H.: 55 cm. B.: 31 cm. 18. Jhdt. Der Elfenbeinkorpus Anfang 19. Jhdt. Provenienz: Ehemals Sammlung der Freiherren von Aretin. (560201)
