Silberner Handkerzenleuchter
Glatte geschweifte Tülle mit eingezogenem Fuß über mehrfach geschweiftem, mittig hochgewölbtem Teller. Seitlich C-förmig hochgewölbter Tragehenkel mit einsteckbarer Löschtülle in Kegelform mit Kugelknauf-Abschluss. Umlaufend graviertes, getriebenes und ziseliertes Rokoko-Dekor mit Rokoko-Palmetten und Gitterwerk sowie Blattformen. Auf dem Löschkegel und am Handgriff graviertes Familienwappen: junger Baum mit Vorhängeschloss. H.: 6,5 cm. D.: 13 cm. Am Boden mehrere Silbermarken, Ovalmarke England mit Kopf Königin Victorias, Jahresmarke “E“ im Schild für den Zeitraum 1840/41. Meistermarke “RG“ und Zeichen “S“ (möglicherweise Nachfolgemarke für Robert Garrard, Meister 1821, erwähnt bis 1859/60). Vgl.: Rosenberg Band IV, Seite 356, Nr. 7311.
