Goldtapeten, Antwerpen um 1900. Insgesamt 28 Bahnen zu je ca. 3,50 m Länge und ca. 69 cm Breite.
In Trägerelief einzelne leicht hochrechteckformatige Embleme mit Putten, Fruchtgehängen und Blüten in kräftigem Tapetenkarton. Blattvergoldet, nach Vorbild der Ledertapeten des 17. und 18. Jhdt. Ursprünglich hergestellt zur Verwendung von Auskleidungen für Wandkassettierungen, Möbelverkleidung, Paravents etc. Hergestellt in der Werkstatt E. van Herck. Antwerpen, die Firma, 1873 gegründet, war Lieferant für zahlreiche höfische Raumausstatter der Jahrhundertwende. (500331)
