Lombardische, gotische Truhe um 1450
In Kastanienholz gefertigt rechteckige Kastenform die Seitenwände zu Fußstollen herabgeführt und im Spitzbogen geschnitten. Die Front ganzheitlich mit einer Kassette besetzt, bemalt und unterfangen von einem gotischen Maßwerkfries mit Spitzbögen. Die Malerei der Frontkassette zeigt sechs Apostelfiguren jeweils auf Thronen sitzend, dazwischen gestellt jeweils ein Bahn mit kräftigem Stamm und in der typischen Weise der italienischen Kunst des 15. Jhdt. ballig zusammenführtem Blattwerk. Im Inneren linksseitlich ein Einlege-Deckelfach. Die Deckeloberseite wohl ehemals bemalt, abgerieben mit alter Patina. H.: 79 cm B.: 158cm T.: 60 cm.
