Fischweibchen in Bronze
Wohl ehemals von einem Tischbrunnenaufsatz das Fischweibchen mit nacktem Oberkörper und blätterartigem Lendenschurz hält ihre beiden Fischschwänze in Händen, auf ihrem gelocktem Kopf eine Krone. Die Schwanzflossen fächern sich ornamental zu blattartigen Gebilden aus. Äußerst feine, künstlerisch hochrangige Arbeit, feines zartgliedriges Gesicht von eher schlanker Erscheinung, die das Werk in die Zeit vor Roccatagliata einstufen lässt. Montiert auf einem kurzem Rundstab über einem runden, alten Sockel mit Zungenmotiv. Schöne, originale, rötlich-braune bis schwarze Patina. H.: 18 cm. Padua, 16. Jhdt.
