Ganz aus Stahl gefertigte Pistolen, Schäftungen, Läufen, Schlössern und Widderhornknäufen. Rundläufe mit feinen Ranken- und Blattmotiven graviert. Die Mündungen oktogonal mit feinsten Dekorelementen von Blättern und Ranken. Die Kammern längs geritzt, die Hähne mit durchbrochen gearbeiteten, sternförmigen Rosetten. Silberovaleinlagen an den griffen. Zwischen dem Widderhorn die Messingknäufe aufschraubbar. L.: 32 cm. Schottland, 18.Jhdt. Anmerkung: In Schottland kamen um 1700 die Widderhornkolben in Mode. Die Pistole wurde im Nahkampf eingesetzt und als Wurfgeschoss verwendet. (3820323)
