Hessischer Eichenschrank, datiert 1789
In barocker Formentradition stehender Frankfurter Schrank, in heller, polierter Eiche. Die Türen in Wellenleisten kassettiert. Die Ecken abgeschrägt und ebenfalls mit Wellenleistenkassetten versehen. Kräftiges Fuß- und Dachgesims in mehrfach geschweiften Profilen gequetschte Kugelfüße. Schließleiste beschnitzt mit Schuppendekor einem oberen Kapitellabschluß und einem kannelierten Sockel. Gesägte Schlüsselbeschläge in Form von Figuren, die einen Kopfschmuck aus Rocaillen-Blättern tragen. Ziseliert. Das originale Schloß ebenso figural und ornamental ziseliert und mit der Datierung 1789 sowie den Buchstaben ILELK. Schöne, gesägte Türbänder und Angelbeschläge. H.: 2.10 m. B.: 2.06 m. T.: 70 cm.
