Große, aufklappbare Elfenbeinfigur
Darstellung einer höfischen Dame in prächtigem Gewand, mit Rosenkranz und Buch. Beim Öffnen der unteren Partie ergibt sich ein Tryptichon mit z.T. vollplastischen Szenen, mit Darstellungen einer Königin und eines Königs in den Seiten sowie einer Bildszene. Im Mittelteil die Königin (von England?) hinterfangen mit dem Hosenbandorden. Der König mit einem Lilienwappen. Ein Lilienwappen auch über der Mitteldarstellung. Feine Elfenbeinschnitzerei. H.: 31 cm. 19. Jhdt. Anmerkung: Es handelt sich wohl um eine historische Gestalt und Darstellungen aus der englischen Geschichte. (97927)
