Die Uhr über konisch auslaufender, mit Akanthusblättern und Maskarons verzierter Konsole, in Boulle-Technik. Ornamente und Zungenfries in geschnittenem und graviertem Messing auf dunkelbraunem Fond. Der vierpassige Stand mit Lambrequin- und Maskaronzier, darüber vier Pferde, die Voluten der Konsoluhr tragend, auf welchen Pilaster mit Hermen den Korpus halten. Seiten und Rahmung jeweils in Boulle-Technik mit geschnittenem Messing über dunkelbraunem Schildpatt verziert. Große verglaste Messingfront. Zifferblatt mit römischen Stunden in Email und arabischen Minuten in Gravur. Zeiger für Stunden und Minuten, zwei Aufzugslöchlein. Portrait Ludwig XIV in Relief unter der 12. Der Aufsatz, ebenfalls in Boulle-Technik gestaltet, zeigt vier flankierende messinggegossene und vergoldete Väschen und eine durchbrochene Galerie mit aufsitzendem Genius, welcher eine Fanfare bläst und mit Straußenfedern geschmückt ist. Ein Pendel (Sonnenpendel) sowie ein Schlüssel vorhanden. Nicht auf Funktionsfähigkeit getestet. (1330619) (10)
