Mündliche Bestätigung als Werk des Künstlers durch Dario Succi.

Das erste Gemälde gibt den Blick auf den ruhig fließenden Canal Grande in Richtung Santa Chiara in Venedig wieder, mit der Insel San Secondo im Hintergrund. Vom vorderen Ufer führt linksseitig der Weg mit wenigen Figuren vorbei an den eng stehenden, Fensterreichen Gebäuden zum Kloster und der Klosterkirche Santa Chiara im Stadtteil Santa Croce, gegenüber dem ersten Abschnitt des Canal Grande. Auf dem ruhigen Wasser nur wenige Boote und Gondeln, sowie ein größeres Boot mit gesetztem weißem Segel unter hohem hellblauem, fast wolkenlosem Himmel. (1330371) (3)

Notes:
Palazzo Priuli Ruzzini was built at the End of the 16th century as the residence of the patrician Ruzzini family, according to plans by the architect Bartolomeo Manopola. There were many branches of this family; among them was Carlo Ruzzini, 113th Doge of the Republic of Venice, who ascended the Doges Throne in 1732.
