In freier Natur, teils auf Steinquadern sitzend, Adam und Eva. Sie sitzt vor dem Hintergrund eines Baumes, hat ihren rechten Arm nach oben gestreckt und hält einen leuchtenden Apfel, den sie wohl gerade von der um den Baum sich windenden und züngelnden Schlange erhalten hat. Mit ihrer linken Hand überreicht sie mit liebevollem Blick dem neben ihr vor blauem Horizont sitzenden Adam einen Apfel. Der Intimbereich der nackt Dargestellten wird bei Eva durch ihr langes blondes Haar verdeckt, bei Adam durch seine Sitzhaltung und einen Blätterzweig, den er in seiner linken Hand hält. Typische Darstellung des Sündenfalls von Adam und Eva, hier jedoch durch die Sitzblöcke abgewandelt. (12901045) (18)
