Eiche, geschnitzt, patiniert. Auf sekundärem Präsentationssockel. Dargestellt ist Martin von Tours (um 316 n. Chr.-397 n. Chr.), der ab 334 n. Chr. als Soldat in Amiens stationiert war, wodurch die Rüstung, welche er trägt, legitimiert wird. Der Martinsmantel, welchen er im Begriff ist zu teilen, gehörte zu der Merowingerzeit zum Kronschatz der fränkischen Könige. Schon der Frankenkönig Chlodwig erhob Martin zum Nationalheiligen und Schutzherren der fränkisch-merowingischen Könige. Wurmstichig. (1251305) (1) (13)
