Holz, geschnitzt mit schwarzer, weißer und roter Fassung. Mit vier Köpfen, welche radial auseinanderlaufen, offene Münder, welche teilweise die Zähne zeigen. Dieser Maskentyp ist vorwiegend in Ostnigeria und im angrenzenden Kamerun zu finden, wenn auch im Kongo (Fang) und in Gabun zwei- oder mehrgesichtige Masken zu finden sind. Meist wird den Masken eine androgyne Qualität gegeben, da die Farbe Weiß für Frau und die Farbe Schwarz für Mann steht. Weiß allerdings ist auch die Farbe des Todes, der Reinheit und der Wiedergeburt. Schwarz hingegen ist die Farbe des entgültigen Todes. Das diesseitige Leben hingegen wird meist mit der roten Farbe angedeutet, welche jedoch auch auf Krieg hinweist.
