Die Darstellung folgt im Aufbau einem in der Alten Pinakothek in München befindlichen Gemälde von Pittoni, das allerdings im Queroval geschaffen wurde. Davon abgesehen lassen sich auch einige Detailabweichungen feststellen, wie etwa in dem Kopftuch der Frau am linken Bildrand, das im Münchner Bild weiß und hier blau angegeben ist. Ferner in der Zufügung eines behelmten Soldaten im Hintergrund in dem vorliegenden Bild. In jedem Fall sind die malerisch-stilistischen Einflüsse auf Pittoni aus dessen Lehre bei Antonio Balestra (1666-1740) und Giovanni Battista Piazzetta (1682-1754) zu erkennen. (1210923) (11)
