Claude Charles Saunier war Meisterebenist seit dem 31.07.1752, drei seiner Werke befinden sich im Museum Nissim de Camondo in Paris.Â
Auf kleinen Rollfüßchen die konisch auslaufenden, kannelierten Beine in Säulenform mit eingelegtem Ormolu-Dekor und aufsitzender, mit Perlband dekorierter Zarge mit einem Schub. Dieser mit Klappschreibplatte mit Lederplatte, gold punziert und eingesetzten Gefäßen in Ormolu für Tinte und Streustand. Deckplatte mit rechteckiger Marketeriekartusche und umlaufender gesägter, durchbrochen gearbeiteter Rautengalerie. Schlüsselschild mit Lorbeerfestondekor. (1201387) (13)
